Total Solar Eclipse 2024

April 8th is quickly approaching!

Do you have any plans for the eclipse?

Did you know that New Castle is in the zone of totality? This means that during the eclipse, it will become completely dark for the longest duration possible, which is approximately 4 minutes!

The NCHCPL is holding events during the week leading up to the day we have all been waiting for — a movie night and a weekend full of planetarium fun!
