How Do I?

You’ve got questions, and we’ve got answers!

Your pin number is the last four digits of the phone number provided to us when you signed up for your library card or last updated your information.

If you do not know your pin, there is a “Forgot your password?” link on the account login page.

We hope that you will find that most of your materials needs will be able to be filled through the Evergreen Indiana community. One benefit of Evergreen Indiana is the ability to simply place holds on materials regardless of location to be sent to you here at NCHCPL. If you are unable to find your item through Evergreen Indiana, you can stop at a service desk at the library and fill out a form to request the material that you need. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to get certain items such as new releases and DVDs through interlibrary loan.
